2023 Global Seminar accommodation
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has contracted a block of guest rooms at the meeting venue from 14-16 June 2023.
Please note: You must first register for the Global Seminar before reserving a room at the hotel. The link to make your room reservation will be included in your meeting confirmation email.
Prices and availability are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are limited in number and may sell out before the cut-off date.
The cut-off date is Friday, May 19, 2023.

The room rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes (currently 15.6%, subject to change), applicable services fees (USD 2.00 tourism fee), and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.
How to book your hotel room
Make your room reservation online using the link included in your meeting registration confirmation email. Call-in reservations will not be accepted. Only one room is allowed per registration.
Cancellations and changes
You can make room cancellations and changes using your hotel reservation confirmation link. Please note that you will not be able to make cancellations and changes to your room reservation via phone.
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later after making your initial reservation, the NAIC room rate may not be available.
Cancellations received within 48 hours (local time) of your scheduled arrival will be charged one night’s room rate and tax.
